This product works great. My R V is 34 years old and was garage kept for 30 of those years. The roof of my R V is aluminum and leaked all over. I sealed the seams with dicor caulk and then applied the roof coating as the directions stated. I actually applied two coats and checked the roof for leaks. Then I applied two more coats to insure a good seal. There were also some small holes in the aluminum roof. I sealed them with caulk and then the roof coating. Works great
